Job Description:

What will you work on?
The Manager, Franchise Development Management will provide tactical and operational support for Spin Master's franchise initiatives. This role is central to the day-to-day coordination of cross-functional priorities, ensuring that strategic plans are executed with discipline and efficiency. The Manager will work closely with Directors of Franchise to maintain alignment across teams, track deliverables, and support the successful rollout of franchise activations, presentations and marketing materials across Spin Master's three creative centers: Toys, Entertainment, and Digital Games.

Franchise Operations Execution:

  • Support the execution of franchise roadmaps, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Manage project trackers, calendars, and timelines across content, marketing, products, and retail initiatives.
  • Maintain and update management tools, dashboards, and trackers to ensure visibility of progress.
  • Collect and organize performance data for franchise initiatives, supporting ongoing reporting and insights.
  • Track KPIs related to audience, franchise activations, and marketing efficiency.
  • Assist in managing vendor and agency partnerships tied to franchise execution.

Cross-Functional Alignment Communication:

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of franchise councils, planning sessions, and executive team updates.
  • Support international markets by gathering inputs and ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Create decks, trackers, and briefing documents for use in executive meetings.


What are your skills and experience?

  • Experience in a brand marketing, franchise management, product development, or a related role.
  • Entertainment industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies with a proven ability in positioning and brand development.
  • A highly collaborative, team-oriented work style with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Keynote, and Photoshop.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $95,000 to $110,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
