Partner with the collective Demand Generation team in the activation of Paid Search Media within the Inspire Brands portfolio. Key remit is to collaborate with peer Managers across Media Strategy & Planning to maintain business outcomes/insights performance reporting and financial stewardship across the brand portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for implementing, executing and continually optimizing effective paid search campaigns for select brands within Inspire
  • Manage paid search bid management using best-in-class match type strategies, campaign settings, demographic targeting, remarketing, custom audience lists, and custom-built automation
  • Be prepared to activate against pre-aligned strategies, but also have influence on future strategies based on insights and/or shared learnings from internal peers inside biddable org
  • Demonstrates a "big picture" understanding of clients' marketing strategy that can be translated into Paid Search specific execution
  • Develop Search strategies and recommendations for annual and ad hoc plans
  • Possess a well-developed analytical ability and a proven track record of extracting tangible insights from large data sets
  • Ability to pull data from Paid Search platforms quickly and effeciently
  • Administer bid management tools to accurate pace daily paid search budgets; Implement and test strategies designed to increase conversion rates and continually improve CPA, CAC,CPSV and ROAS across national campaigns
  • Channels you'll be expected to have deep experience with include Google Search, Microsoft Search, App Download and App Engagement Campaigns and Apple Search Ads
  • Work with your team to ensure billing and budget pacing is handled accurately and on time
  • Mentor, train, and develop Associate Managers on biddable team to continually strengthen the department
  • Exhibit confident communication skills with various internal leadership heads, including brand CMOs to effectively present tactical paid search plans and campaign status reports on a regular basis or as needed
  • Interface with external/internal teams in managing requests concerning processes and deliverables. This will include but not be limited to internal brand and enterprise analytics teams and 3rd party auditors
  • Partner with Managers of MS&P; and the agency relationship at the "pod" level
  • Provide insights on competitive tracking on a regular basis and/or as needed
  • Partner with the media analytics team to measure impact of ongoing campaigns and overall plan
  • Partner Work closely with other internal departments to develop learning agenda and testing roadmap based on brands' objectives, insights, and key challenges

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-Year Degree Required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEM and / or biddable media
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple tasks

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

  • Ability to lead teams and deliver results
  • Excellent project management skills (proficiency in Excel/PPT/SharePoint will be key)
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and influence others
  • Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor
