Key Responsibilities:
1.Department Rotations: Work across different departments to gain a holistic view of the company.
2.Project Assistance: Execute daily operational tasks and assist senior staff with strategic planning and performance evaluations.
3.Team Leadership: Learn to supervise, train, and develop junior team members.
4.Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve overall workflow and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
1.A Bachelor's degree in STEM subjects or supply chain management or related field.
2.Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities paired with a high aptitude for learning.
