Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be an integral part of a team tasked with ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing equipment. This role requires electromechanical troubleshooting and repair, primarily working off a preventive maintenance schedule, while also responding to line calls and equipment breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Perform electromechanical troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Work primarily off a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper running of machinery.
• Fix and repair any faulty equipment.
• Respond to line calls and breakdowns promptly.

Essential Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and reading schematics.
• Familiarity with up to 480v electrical systems and electrical wiring.
• PLC troubleshooting and automation experience.
• Experience with Fanuc and ABB robotics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance or 2 years of schooling plus 1 year of experience.
• Experience with mold presses and automotive parts manufacturing.
• Understanding of 480v/3-phase motors.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics.

Work Environment

Our facility provides a clean, non-temperature controlled manufacturing environment where we specialize in producing hood liners for automotive dashboards. You will be part of a team working across different shifts, ensuring continuous operation in a dynamic and engaging setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
