🚨 Required: HVAC Experience (must-have for this role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders accurately and on time (within 24 hours)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support service manager with inventory, maintenance, and team coordination
• Ensure excellent customer service with residents and vendors
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain community safety standards and curb appeal
• Assist with repairs, turnovers, and general maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems (required)
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Team player with good communication
