• Keep guest rooms and public areas in top working condition
• Troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently and safely
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe mechanical spaces
• Assist with general property and grounds upkeep
• Keep accurate and organized maintenance records

• Hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of basic maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Able to lift 40+ lbs
• Hotel experience is a plus—but not required!
