Job Details
What You Will Do
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment across the production environment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity
Execute scheduled maintenance activities in alignment with equipment manufacturer specifications and internal maintenance protocols
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and parts inventory records using internal tracking systems
Coordinate with production, engineering, and facilities teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations
Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment as directed
Identify recurring failure patterns and recommend process or equipment improvements to engineering leadership
Adhere to all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies, including proper handling of chemicals, PPE requirements, and cleanroom protocols where applicable
What You Will Bring
2 or more years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or related high-tech production environment
Working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, pneumatics, and/or HVAC systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred
Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical, safety-first approach to problem solving
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional off-shift or weekend support as production needs require
Experience in a cleanroom environment is a plus but not required
Associate degree, vocational certification, or equivalent trade school training in a relevant technical discipline preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
