Maintenance Technician

Description

•Repair and maintain all types of plant, office, yard, building equipment, structures, and facilities such as roofs, floors, doors partitions, etc.

•Clean bathrooms making sure that all bathrooms are fully stocked, and sinks, toilets, and faucets are maintained.

•Remove trash from bathrooms and works areas around the plant.

•Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms by mopping floors, wiping tables and counter tops, and cleaning microwaves and fridges.

•Vacuum floors in necessary work areas.

•Organize, maintain, and clean supplies closet.

•Report any problems that arise to supervisor.

•All other duties as assigned.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Ocala,FL.
