Maintenance Technician

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Mebane, NC.

Schedule: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (Night Shift)

Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician will support a highly automated manufacturing environment, focusing on maintaining and repairing primarily mechanical equipment with some electrical components. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production efficiency, equipment reliability, and overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimize downtime
• Maintain and repair heavy conveyors, flow wrappers, conveyor ovens, and mixing equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues in a fast-paced environment
• Support highly automated systems and ensure optimal machine performance
• Work within a clean room environment while adhering to safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
• Document maintenance activities and follow established maintenance protocols

Qualifications:

• Experience working with industrial machinery, including conveyors, ovens, and packaging equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with some electrical troubleshooting ability
• Experience in electromechanical systems
• Ability to work in a clean room or controlled environment
• Familiarity with automated manufacturing processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within food production, bakery, or similar manufacturing environments
• Exposure to high-speed, automated production lines

Schedule & Compensation:

• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
• Pay: $35–$39/hour
• Overtime opportunities available
