Job Description

Join a dynamic food manufacturing facility. The facility is equipped with advanced packaging and bottling lines that efficiently move products throughout via conveyor systems, ensuring the finished items are ready for warehousing and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair packaging machines, gear boxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, motors, cylinders, pumps, valves, and flow meters.
• Maintain and repair case packers, case sealers, filler machines, labelers, and palletizers.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, including troubleshooting machinery and electrical systems.
• Handle 3-phase motors, cylinder repair, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, valves, gearboxes, conveyors, flow meters, VFDs, wiring, PLCs, relays, chillers, boilers, blueprints, schematics, and PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work with GMP standards in a food manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of complex machinery operations and repairs.

Work Environment

Work in a food manufacturing environment adhering to GMP standards. The role is based on the 2nd shift, or 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, totaling 40-45 hours per week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lizton, IN.

The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $83200.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lizton,IN.
