Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our production facility running efficiently and safely. This position focuses on electrical troubleshooting, control systems, and preventative maintenance to support continuous manufacturing operations.

• Analyze and resolve electrical and control system issues
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve PLC programs, HMI systems, and analog/digital control systems
• Document and implement work order procedures for new equipment and system modifications
• Install, maintain, and calibrate pneumatic and electronic process control instruments
• Repair, clean, and service instruments including pressure switches, flow tubes, and gauges
• Maintain proper process flow, machine settings, and operational speeds
• Monitor critical process points and maintain accurate records to meet compliance standards
• Troubleshoot line performance issues and assist with corrective actions
• Install, adjust, and repair processing equipment according to specifications
• Perform maintenance using a Planned Maintenance Program (PMP)
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, GMPs, and company standards
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance and production areas

• Two-year technical degree or certificate OR
• 6–12 months of related maintenance experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience considered

This is a Permanent position based out of FARIBAULT, MN.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $68000.00/yr.

The plant shutdown varies each year based on when the holidays fall but it is always Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day is our shutdown time. President’s Day this year was our floating holiday so that is not always the same. For the medical premiums the cost does drop for the following year if they do the biometric screen in October at our on-site wellness fair. That information is listed on page 13 in the benefit guide. There is a wellness program that employees can earn anywhere from $75-$150 based on how many points they earn throughout the year and is paid out to them early January of the following year. This is a fully onsite position in FARIBAULT,MN.
