This is a unique opportunity to work hands‑on withstate‑of‑the‑art robotics, high‑speed conveyor systems, and advanced automation technologiesin a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring equipment uptime, reliability, and overall operational excellence.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, robotic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability
• Install, calibrate, and optimize automated packaging and distribution equipment
• Support a true 24/7 operation in a high‑throughput facility
• Provide technical coaching and support to junior technicians
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, efficiency, and performance

• 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• 2+ years working with automated conveyors, robotics, MHE, or industrial automation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Experience with CMMS platforms
• Strong preventive maintenance
• Hands‑on experience with conveyor systems and advanced automation
• Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of controls, safety practices, and risk‑mitigation standards

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
