Job Title: Maintenance Technician (HDPE Pipe Manufacturing)
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician supports the continuous and safe operation of HDPE pipe extrusion lines in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and equipment optimizations on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to help the facility meet production targets without compromising safety or product quality. This role works hands-on with advanced extrusion technology and downstream equipment while collaborating closely with a team of experienced maintenance technicians.

Work Environment
This role is based in an industrial manufacturing environment focused on HDPE pipe extrusion and related processes. You work hands-on with heavy industrial equipment, including extruders, cooling systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, chillers, air compressors, and resin conveying systems. You collaborate daily with a team of approximately 10 other maintenance technicians, fostering a supportive and team-oriented atmosphere. The environment involves exposure to high heat, high pressure, and moving machinery, and you follow strict safety procedures. Steel toe boots are required as part of the dress code, and you use standard industrial tools, precision measuring instruments, and computer systems to perform your work.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corsicana, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
