🔧 Maintenance Supervisor

A high-volume distribution center is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, and support a safe, efficient facility environment.
What You’ll Do
• Lead daily maintenance activities and preventative maintenance schedules
• Support conveyor/sortation systems and facility equipment uptime
• Manage staffing, training, and departmental performance
• Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives
• Partner with leadership on OSHA compliance and operational planning
What You Bring
� Maintenance leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
� Knowledge of conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
� Strong troubleshooting and team leadership skills
� Experience in automated distribution centers preferred
