Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who’s ready to lead from the floor, not behind a desk.

This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership, work alongside the team, and help build and improve maintenance processes in a growing manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the maintenance team across shifts
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs
• Help build and improve the PM program
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Leadership experience with a “lead, do, and create” mindset
• Experience with PLCs and automated equipment
• Someone who thrives on the production floor and takes initiative
