Maintenance Supervisor | Blair, NE
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facility and equipment maintenance team at our Blair distribution center. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, mechanically sound environment by coordinating daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and sortation audits.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Coordinate daily activities and training for maintenance staff to ensure rapid response times.
- System Oversight: Monitor conveyor systems, sortation reports, and PLC systems to maintain peak operational flow.
- Compliance & Safety: Partner with HR and Safety committees to ensure OSHA compliance and support injury-reduction programs.
- Planning: Develop work schedules based on preventative maintenance requirements and facility needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints/electrical drawings; knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
- Systems: Experience with conveyor systems, fire protection, and AutoCAD/PLC.
- Education: Vocational training in a trade (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) preferred.
Must be available on-call to support 24/7 distribution operations.
