Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
5+ years of maintenance experience in steel (ideal), heavy industry, or manufacturing
Strong troubleshooting skills & experience with CMMS systems
Knowledge of CAD (mechanical) or PLC programming (electrical)
Effective communication & leadership skills
Lead and mentor maintenance technicians
Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
