Your Role at KIK
As a Maintenance Supervisor 1st Shift at KIK Consumer Products, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading a skilled maintenance team in a dynamic, high-performing manufacturing environment. The schedule for this role is Monday-Thursday 5:00am-2:30pm (PST), with overtime regularly scheduled on Fridays as needed. The pay range for this role is $90,000.00-$100,000.00, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.
What You’ll Do
Direct and support the maintenance workforce, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling in coordination with production, ensuring equipment availability meets production needs
Implement and champion proactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs to drive continuous improvement
Ensure maintenance staff are properly qualified, trained, and supported, while administering encouragement and discipline as needed
Enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout all maintenance activities
Manage maintenance budgets, procurement of parts and supplies, and relationships with external vendors and contractors
Monitor and utilize the Maintain X (CMMS) Program to track maintenance activities and ensure compliance with quality standards
Maintain a strong, visible presence on the plant floor, collaborating with production and plant leadership to facilitate operator-performed maintenance and major overhauls
Requires occasional travel up to 10% for training purposes and to assist other plants as needed

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $90,000-100,000 plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including your relevant skills and experience.
