Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to support maintenance planning and operational reliability within a manufacturing/industrial environment. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will work closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and lean teams to improve maintenance processes, support CMMS optimization, and contribute to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly maintenance schedules based on work orders, priorities, and resource availability.

• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, planners, and operations teams to ensure maintenance work is assigned and completed efficiently.

• Review and prioritize maintenance requests in alignment with production goals and safety standards.

• Track maintenance activities and update work order statuses within the CMMS system.

• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) and collaborate with external teams to improve CMMS functionality and processes.

• Support the development and implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) programs.

• Adjust schedules to accommodate emergency repairs and operational changes.

• Analyze maintenance data and generate reports related to equipment downtime, backlog, and schedule compliance.

• Support preventive maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives.

• Communicate maintenance schedules and operational impacts with cross-functional teams.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records for compliance and audit purposes.

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling within manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Strong working knowledge of CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems.

• Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems is preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Work Environment
