A leading university seeks a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to maximize water operations maintenance and operations productivity across work groups and departments through effective, customer-oriented scheduling.
Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Coordinate emergencies, routine, renewal, and preventive maintenance programs and work orders, project support, and normal operations.
- Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to ensure timely entry of assets and associated maintenance plans to ensure program requirements are met.
- Determine work plans based upon site-wide field trips, priority, available workforce, and other criteria.
- Evaluate vendor quotes and services to coordinate parts and material acquisitions for planned work.
- Support the operations team with SCADA system management and data analysis as required.
- Support and back up Water Business functions such as invoicing and PO, timecard reconciliation, billing functions, etc.
Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Qualifications:
- 3 years of related experience.
- Associate degree.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- 24-hour response availability seven days per week for emergencies.
