Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards while coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities, resources, and required materials
• Analyze maintenance data, equipment performance, and KPIs to generate reports and recommend improvements that enhance reliability and operational efficiency
• Manage procurement, parts inventory, purchase orders, invoices, contractor work, and workflow documentation to support timely and accurate maintenance execution
• Maintain and optimize the CMMS, develop maintenance schedules, and support Bottom Line Impact Projects (BLIPs) to drive cost and performance improvements
• Serve as a key liaison with vendors and contractors, coordinating services and maintaining strong working relationships while supporting the Maintenance Manager as needed
• Conduct layout planning, labor and time‑study development, and financial tracking (Group Sheets, PORs), ensuring accurate reporting and continuity of operations across the facility

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience supporting high‑speed packaging, processing, or manufacturing equipment, with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Able to interpret technical information, regulations, and equipment documentation while producing clear, well‑structured reports and recommendations
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem‑solving abilities, with proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, 24/7 maintenance environment
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player who works well across departments and maintains professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CMMS platforms, and related maintenance systems, with strong organizational and project‑management capabilities
