MOVA Metals is looking for an experienced ๐ ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ to support maintenance planning, scheduling, work order coordination, outage planning, and continuous improvement within our industrial plant operations.
This role is a key part of keeping maintenance work organized, properly prioritized, safely planned, and ready for execution.

โข Planning and scheduling maintenance activities for plant equipment and related systems
โข Reviewing incoming work orders, confirming scope, assigning priority, and determining the level of planning required
โข Estimating labor hours, materials, spare parts, tools, equipment, and support resources needed for maintenance work
โข Coordinating with maintenance, operations, supervision, procurement, and management to ensure scheduled work is properly prepared
โข Supporting preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, shutdown planning, outage tracking, and work order closeout
โข Maintaining equipment records, maintenance history, drawings, manuals, spare parts information, and other key reference files
โข Assisting with job safety analysis, environmental reviews, risk assessments, and safe work planning
โข Supporting KPI tracking, standard job development, maintenance system improvements, and continuous improvement projects
โข Reviewing drawings and plans for constructability and maintenance planning considerations

โข High School Diploma or GED required
โข Bachelorโs degree preferred
โข Minimum of 5 years of field maintenance experience related to preventive and corrective maintenance
โข 3 to 5 years of project or maintenance planning experience preferred
โข Experience with ERP systems required
โข Ross ERP experience preferred
โข Microsoft Project experience preferred
โข CAD experience is a plus

This position supports work in an industrial plant environment. The role may include work outdoors in various weather conditions and in areas where employees may be exposed to dust, noise, odors, chemicals, fumes, confined spaces, and other industrial conditions.
Appropriate PPE will be provided and must be worn as required.
