Shift Available

2nd shift- Mon–Fri - 2 pm-10 pm

4 the shift- Weekend shift Fri, Sat & Sun. 6 am to 6 pm – 3 days 12-hour(daily) shifts but paid for 40 hours

Please make sure you meet one of the following qualifications: a Journeyman Card, 10+ years of industrial experience, or relevant schooling/training.


Maintenance Mechanic - Machine Repair

BRIEF DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

Journeyman's papers or equivalent degree/certification with 3 years' experience or 10 years performing complex mechanical work in industrial maintenance.

Must demonstrate ability in performing complex mechanical work in industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, production equipment, motors, and conveyor systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and replace defective components using precision measuring tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals.
  • Fabricate, modify, and repair parts using machine shop equipment and welding techniques.
  • Install, adjust, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Utilize CMMS/computerized maintenance systems to document maintenance activities and track work orders.
  • Maintain maintenance inventory, equipment, and supplies.
  • Communicate equipment issues and solutions effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Support the training and development of mechanics and apprentices as needed.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
