How you’ll make an impact in this roleFacility Systems Maintenance: Execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance on critical facility equipment and mechanical systems to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Mechanical Installation & Repair: Expertly install, test, and repair diverse machinery and equipment, performing scheduled maintenance and emergency troubleshooting as required.
Structural & Utility Repairs: Conduct essential structural and utility repairs, working independently or collaborating with internal and external skilled trades to maintain facility integrity.
Compliance & Documentation: Perform rigorous equipment inspections and maintain detailed digital records of work performed in alignment with departmental policies and warranty requirements.
Inventory & Emergency Response: Manage the requisition of materials and supply inventory while providing rapid, high-quality responses to emergency facility calls and urgent repair requests.
