Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2L3 production support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor and manage batch jobs using Autosys.
• Troubleshoot job failures rerun jobs and handle scheduling issues.
• Work on Oracle SQLPLSQL for data analysis issue investigation and fixes.
• Support applications running on Unix Linux platforms.
• Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation and operational tasks.
• Handle incident problem and change management following ITIL processes.
• Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with development database and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely communication to stakeholders.
• Maintain production documentation SOPs and runbooks.
• Participate in on call and shift based support as required.
