Machinist (HBM / Large Lathe / VTL / Lathes)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Machinist (HBM / Large Lathe / VTL / Lathes)

Duration: Full time permanent

Location: Savannah, GA

Relocation assistance will be provided by the client

Training in 1st Shift, Post that will be moved to 2nd Shift

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of CNC machining experience in heavy industrial manufacturing
• Strong experience operating large HBM machines
• Proven ability to machine large, tight-tolerance components
• Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
• Experience with alloy steels, carbon steels, stainless steels, and large forgings
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work second shift (4pm-2:30am) after initial training period
