You’ll work independently within a manufacturing cell, operating a variety of equipment, supporting material movement, and helping ensure parts meet the strict quality standards required by our industry.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll take ownership of work from start to finish, including:

  • Set up and operate a variety of machines—including band saws, blast cabinets, parts washers, and part‑marking equipment—to verify capabilities and confirm parts meet specifications.
  • Interpret and work from prints and technical documents such as diagrams, sketches, specifications, formulas, and verbal instructions.
  • Use precision measuring tools—calipers, gauges, micrometers, dial indicators—to check your own work and ensure parts conform to drawings and manufacturing plans.
  • Select and set up tools, fixtures, and attachments necessary to complete assigned tasks, and identify faulty tools when needed.
  • Perform material handling, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials for your assigned area.
  • Finish and prepare parts using bench or hand tools to meet final specifications.
  • Operate required information systems to support production and documentation.
  • Verify alignment, tolerances, finishes, and part functionality, ensuring every component meets exacting standards.
  • Collaborate with customers, support teams, and your supervisor to solve production or developmental challenges.

Physical Requirements

This position involves active, hands‑on work including standing, lifting, using hand tools, and working around industrial equipment.

This position will require a pre­-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.
