Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse and production environment that operates on multiple shifts, including 1st shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.), 2nd shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), and 3rd shift (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). Some related roles may follow standard daytime hours such as 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., depending on department needs. The work involves standing, walking, and moving materials throughout the shift, as well as lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds. You will work around industrial metal-processing equipment such as saws, cranes, forklifts, weighing scales, and other material handling tools in a fast-paced setting. The facility emphasizes cleanliness and safety, requiring adherence to all safety procedures and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment. The environment is production-focused, with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining an orderly workspace.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.20 - $22.20/hr.
