Machine Operator
Location: New Berlin, WI
Pay: $22.00 – $25.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Overview
A growing manufacturing company in the New Berlin area is seeking Machine Technicians to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude looking to build a long-term career in a stable and team-oriented environment.
This role focuses on operating production equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance to ensure efficient operations and product quality.
Schedule & Shift Information
- Day Shift: 6:50 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:50 PM – 7:00 AM
- Schedule: Alternating 3–4 day work week (12-hour shifts)
- Options include:
- Rotating 3-2-2 schedule
- 4 days on / 4 days off schedule
- Full-time hours with built-in days off
- Overtime opportunities available
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance (PMs)
- Ensure products meet quality and customer specifications
- Follow all safety, GMP, and food-quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support overall equipment uptime and production goals
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of mechanical, maintenance, or troubleshooting experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude (automotive, manufacturing, or similar background)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Must be reliable and dependable
- High School Diploma or GED required

- Machine operators with mechanical troubleshooting experience

- Production workers with strong mechanical aptitude
