Position Details

We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Machine Operator to join our growing team. In this position, you’ll set up and operate a Litz machine, ensuring materials are processed accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate a Litz machine with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor machine functions and make adjustments to maintain proper settings.
• Follow all specifications, procedures, and production guidelines to ensure quality output.
• Inspect materials throughout the process, identifying any defects or malfunctions before they impact production.

What You Bring

• Prior experience operating and setting up CNC or general production machines/equipment.
• Must be comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work comfortably with machinery and tools.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and identify defects or irregularities.

Additional Strengths

• Comfortable using a calculator for on‑the‑spot math checks.
• Experience in material inspection or quality control is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
