This role involves operating various machines such as coating machines, polishing stations, poly lining machines, and Teflon lining machines. The primary responsibility is to transform raw metal materials to specific dimensions, prepare them for welding, coat them appropriately, and ensure the correct lining is applied. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Work Environment
This role operates on the 1st shift (7:00a-3:45p) or the 2nd shift (3:45p-12:30a) with potential Saturday hours. The facility is temperature-controlled, requiring steel toes, safety glasses, and gloves. The work environment prioritizes quality and safety, focusing on a collaborative culture where employees are encouraged to contribute to process improvements and communicate effectively through whiteboards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
