The Production Operator sets up, operates, and monitors bagging, packaging, and spray drying equipment to safely and efficiently process products in a GMP-regulated environment. This role involves working on a fast-paced production line, handling materials, and ensuring that finished products meet quality and safety standards.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, 1st shift position with hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role is based in a GMP-regulated production facility that processes soy and wheat products. Team members work on their feet for most of the shift and may work in confined spaces or on elevated platforms up to 30 feet above ground. The environment requires adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards, including wearing a hair net, beard net (if applicable), non-slip steel toe shoes, smocks, and gloves. The facility operates with structured procedures and quality controls to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
