Machine Learning Engineer (GenAI / AIOps)

We are looking for a strong RAN Virtualization OA&M Engineer with deep expertise in EMS/NMS, OAM&P (FCAPS), and virtualized 4G/5G RAN networks for a long-term onsite opportunity in Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• OAMP/FCAPS subsystem integration and troubleshooting in wireless networks
• Tier 3 SME support for commercial NMS/EMS application issues
• Drive RCA with R&D and provide workarounds for critical network issues
• Support 4G/5G RAN virtualization (vCU/vDU, NFV environments)
• Translate customer requirements into system and design specifications
• Support pre-sales technical discussions and solution design
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, and customers)
• Participate in rollout, upgrades, and performance optimization of network management systems

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in OAMP/FCAPS/EMS/NMS for wireless networks
• Hands-on experience with RAN + virtualization (NFV, OpenStack/Kubernetes preferred)
• Strong Tier 3 troubleshooting experience in production environments
• Knowledge of SNMP, Netconf, YANG, REST APIs
• Linux/Unix, scripting (Shell/Perl/TCL)
• Understanding of 3GPP Core/RAN architecture
• Experience with HA, redundancy, and system performance tuning

Education: Bachelor’s in EE/CS/Telecom required (Master’s preferred)
