Luxury Residential Superintendent | Jackson Hole | High-End Residential

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role with greater ownership at the site level than you would typically see in a large GC environment.


You’ll be working on $20M–$100M luxury homes for ultra high net worth clients in the Jackson Hole market.

If you’re looking for a highly structured environment with clearly defined lanes and layers of support, this role may feel different.


Why This Role Exists / What You’re Walking Into:


This role is open due to continued growth and a strong backlog of high-end work.

The current team is solid, but fully allocated across active projects. This hire is about adding the right person to support ongoing and future luxury residential builds, not filling a short-term gap.


You are stepping into:

This is a long-term, sustainable opportunity. The work is highly localized, with projects typically within a 1–5 mile radius in the Jackson Hole area.


This role is best suited for someone who is open to committing to the region, as the business is built around long-term relationships and consistent, local project flow.

You are expected to:

  • Run the job
  • Manage subs like partners, not bark orders at them
  • Figure things out without being handheld

Comp (Transparent)

  • High $100Ks equivalent ($65–$75/hr)
  • $400–$500/week per diem
  • Sizable project end bonuses (Typically min of $20k)
  • Housing provided (private cabin community / your own cabin ~45 minutes from site)


Tradeoffs:

  • No health insurance currently
  • PTO and 401k benefits begin after year one (Holidays off)
  • No standard truck provided (Potential discussion point for right candidate)
  • Company equity after 5 years
