The Superintendent will lead the on-site execution of luxury custom home projects from ground-up through final delivery. This role requires a detail-oriented construction professional who thrives in high-end residential environments where quality, precision, and client experience are paramount.

Job Details

10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction
Proven experience building custom luxury homes (not production or tract housing)
Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction methods
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and design documents
Experience managing multiple trades and complex custom builds simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with high-net-worth clients
Valid driver’s license
