Now Hiring: Full-time LPN / Med Tech Supervisor

Looking to make a real difference and step into a leadership role? Join our compassionate team where your skills, heart, and leadership truly matter! 

As an LPN, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care while supporting and guiding Medication Technicians and Caregivers in our Assisted Living community.

 

Pay:  $31.50-$34.65/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Would prefer someone who is flexible in their schedule. One weekend day would be required. Mondays and Tuesday would be 2:00pm-10:00pm

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide and oversee resident care, including medication administration and clinical documentation
  • Lead and support Med Techs & Caregivers in daily care and activities of daily living
  • Coordinate services with medical providers, pharmacies, and outside vendors
  • Assist with admissions, care plans, audits, and resident assessments
  • Ensure compliance with AZ regulations and maintain a safe, respectful environment
  • Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure top-notch care

What You Bring:

  • PN license (AZ or compact state)
  • CPR & First Aid certification
  • AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays
  • Experience in long-term care is required (leadership experience a plus!)
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Passion for working with seniors and providing compassionate care
