The LPN Ambulatory Team Lead combines clinical and administrative expertise to support patients and the interdisciplinary care team under the guidance of a physician or nurse. In partnership with nursing leadership, this role helps coordinate daily operations within the Pediatrics Department. You will work closely with pediatric patients to deliver high-quality care across the full patient journey, engaging with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their experience while providing education, guidance, and ongoing support.
A caregiver in this position works at Main Campus from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Physical Requirements:
Requires full body motion to move and lift patients, manual finger dexterity with good hand-eye coordination, involves extensive standing, walking and occasional lifting.
Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids.
Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Physical requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $24.25
Maximum hourly: $34.50
