Are you a seasoned Program Manager ready to make a significant impact on global operations? Aquent is seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to drive critical initiatives within our client's worldwide logistics and supply chain team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of complex programs, directly contributing to the efficiency and sustainability goals of a leading global brand. Your ability to quickly adapt, analyze, and lead will be key to navigating diverse workstreams and delivering tangible results that shape the future of their supply chain.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute program activities across various logistics and supply chain functions.
  • Quickly integrate into active projects, managing meeting cadences, tracking deliverables, and facilitating analyses to maintain momentum across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Independently manage and context-switch across diverse topics with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Pull, analyze, and synthesize data to support program reviews, leadership updates, and monthly stakeholder communications.
  • Conduct new analyses to identify trends and profiles, informing critical decision-making processes.
  • Present comprehensive proposals to management and leadership based on thorough investigations and analysis.
  • Own and manage meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups across various programmatic tracks.
  • Monitor and report on workstream progress for programs aimed at achieving ambitious sustainability targets.
  • Support the preparation of executive updates, including materials, logistics, and coordination.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • 7 to 15 years of experience in program management, within logistics or supply chain.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple active workstreams, diverse stakeholders, and varied timelines without losing sight of critical details.
  • Proficiency in program management fundamentals, including tracking, agenda management, follow-ups, and status reporting.
  • A fast learner who can quickly grasp new domains and operate effectively with minimal direct supervision.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset, consistently flagging potential issues and proposing solutions rather than waiting for direction.
  • Comfort and effectiveness working in a global, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Post-graduate degree.
  • Exposure to sustainability, supply chain, or logistics concepts.
