Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor II – Inventory Control to lead inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse operations within our Land-Based Gaming business. This role is responsible for ensuring strong execution across inventory management processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives that support operational efficiency, service levels, and financial accuracy.

You will lead a team responsible for inventory control activities across multiple shifts, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability, resolve discrepancies, and maintain high standards of accountability, quality, and safety.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day inventory control operations, including inbound and outbound material flow
  • Manage supply and demand of gaming cabinets and coordinate inventory movement across internal and offsite partners
  • Lead and develop a team of 11 employees across multiple shifts, fostering accountability and performance
  • Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, shrink, aging inventory, and material availability
  • Implement and sustain process improvements using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Partner with logistics, procurement, production, finance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and material flow issues
  • Maintain documentation including standard work, process maps, and control plans to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and lead corrective and preventive actions
  • Support strategic initiatives by identifying risks, building business cases, and driving operational improvements
What We're Looking For

Must-have qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams with a focus on accountability, quality, and safety
  • Solid understanding of inventory management processes, material flow, and warehouse operations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP systems
  • Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience in manufacturing or similar operational environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

For this role, the starting compensation range is $57,380k - $94,400k, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
