Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, and work order fulfillment operations. This role leads warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely order completion, and on-time customer deliveries while driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory teams.
• Manage daily logistics operations, including order fulfillment, kitting, shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with Planning and Production to ensure materials and work orders are completed on schedule.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, variance reconciliation, and material traceability.
• Monitor key performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or materials management experience.
• Prior leadership experience as a Manager, Supervisor, or Lead.
• Experience working in an MRP/ERP-driven manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
