About the Role
As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the smooth movement of goods from suppliers to customers. This is a key role focused on efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term supply chain strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and distribution
- Oversee warehouse operations and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners
- Ensure on-time delivery and high service levels for customers and retail partners
- Monitor logistics KPIs and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams
- Support seasonal demand planning and product launches
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong experience with 3PLs, transportation, and warehouse operations
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or toy industry
- Familiarity with high-volume or seasonal distribution environments
- Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience
