Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist II to support end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will manage purchase orders, coordinate domestic and international shipments, support inventory and accounting processes, and ensure accurate reporting across the business.

This is a highly visible role within operations, working cross-functionally with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery
  • Coordinate ocean, air, and domestic shipments (LTL)
  • Schedule shipments and communicate with freight forwarders and suppliers
  • Handle inbound shipment notifications to warehouses


SAP & Order Management

  • Create and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in SAP
  • Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and cost data
  • Update EXWorks and order tracking information


Inventory & Goods Receipt

  • Process goods receipt and inventory transfers
  • Input landed costs and manage tariff/freight transactions
  • Coordinate and support inventory audits


Accounting & Reporting

  • Validate freight and shipment invoices
  • Support AP processes and landed cost tracking
  • Assist with weekly inventory and operational reporting


Additional Support

  • Assist with MRP reporting and sourcing-related purchases
  • Support process improvements and special projects


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience
  • Experience working in SAP ERP systems
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
  • Experience with international shipping (ocean/air) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
