The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the administration, coordination, and execution of domestic and international shipping services. This role involves reviewing import and export documents, ensuring all customs invoices and shipment papers are present, and preparing paperwork for clearance. The candidate will also be responsible for creating quotes, coordinating with carriers to set up shipments, and resolving shipping exceptions.
ResponsibilitiesThis is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 3-4 days a week. Work hours are flexible, ranging from 8am-5pm, 9-5:30pm, to 9:30-6pm. Initially, local candidates are preferred to be onsite for the first two weeks for training. The team consists of five other coordinators and partners with a shipping and receiving team of 20 people. The company offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with prospects for growth as the team expands.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hr.
