Must-Have Skills
1. Inventory / materials management (5+ years) in an operations environment
2. Hands-on, physical inventory + prototype parts experience (not purely desk/ERP)
3. Strong inventory terminology + extreme attention to detail + accurate data entry (e.g., BOM, clear-to-build, shortages)
Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Purchasing/procurement exposure
2. Experience partnering closely with engineering / prototype build teams
Required Skills and Experience
● 5+ years of relevant experience in a stockroom or laboratory setting.
● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills necessary to reconcile reports and meet project requirements.
● Demonstrated competence with spreadsheet programs (e.g., Google Sheets, MS Office).
● Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines; meticulous and conscientious.
● Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a high degree of organization and accountability.
● Must possess a sense of urgency, with the ability to fact-find and expedite issues.
● Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging with personnel at various levels.
● Comfortable in a collaborative, dynamic environment, able to anticipate needs and offer proactive assistance.
● Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
