Logistics Analyst

Title: 3PL Logistics & Contract Analyst (Hybrid)

We are looking for a data-driven 3PL Analyst to take ownership of our 3rd Party Logistics strategy. We're in need a specialist who can build benchmarking templates from scratch, lead annual rate escalator processes, and bridge the gap between complex data and executive decision-making.

The Logistics:

• Location: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite in Marlborough, MA).
• Pay Rate: $35.00 - $36.00/hr.
• Duration: 6-month contract (Potential to extend and convert to FTE after one year).

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Own the Data: Build and maintain the templates used for bid reviews, including location profiles, equipment specs, and volume benchmarking.
• Manage the Lifecycle: Drive the annual rate escalator process and maintain the master 3PL contract repository.
• Partner Locally & Globally: Serve as the point of contact for providers while coordinating cross-functional rate updates with internal teams.
• Visualize Strategy: Transform raw data into executive-level presentations that drive negotiation strategy.

What You Bring:

• 5-10 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Analytics.
• Excel Mastery: You live in VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, and complex modeling.
• A deep understanding of Transportation/Logistics contracts and industry regulations.
• (Bonus) Experience with SQL, Snowflake, or PowerBI.
