Position Purpose:
As part of the Implementation Team, the Logistics Analyst for SDC Implementation will travel to the distribution fulfillment centers in order to implement Pre Go-Live readiness testing, facilitate Pre- Go Live training, and Post Go-Live across various type of Supply Chain projects. This role is a SSC field based position to support distribution fulfilment centers navigate through change initiatives or new developments to ensure DC's are operating to company/customer expectations.
SDC Implementation Logistics Analyst use analytical methods and a variety of tools to support the operation team’s learning or systems and processes. This also includes, but is not limited to; Documenting and tracking all issues and driving to resolution; Ensure that testing data is ready for on-site testing; Completing building readiness assessments to ensure building and system are ready for testing; Organizing support for pre and post go-live activities; Supporting training execution and training environment set-up; Thorough validation on all software and hardware associated with building operations; Ensure vendor led training is scheduled and executed; Execute and resolve any issues during multiple test case scenarios in order to prove all systems are ready for go-live; Provide on-the-floor support during operational hours; Work with building leadership team to close learning gaps; Facilitate workshops to drive consistency; Execute weekly building health assessments; This role is responsible for ensuring prompt, efficient and effective support of all building needs during the implementation phase of the new building.
