A client of Insight Global is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support key operational workflows related to loan servicing and financial processing. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day servicing activities, ensuring accuracy, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working in structured workflows, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, financial operations, or banking operations
• Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes (payments, servicing, documentation, etc.)
• Experience working with financial systems or servicing platforms
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
