Position OverviewYoull own the disclosure process, which includes preparing Loan Estimates, managing re-disclosures, and issuing initial Closing Disclosures accurately and on time. Youll partner with LOs and operations to keep loans on track, while ensuring everything meets TRID, TILA, and RESPA guidelines. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue Loan Estimates (LEs) and initial Closing Disclosures (CDs) Review fees and loan data for accuracy prior to disclosure Manage redisclosures based on valid change of circumstance events Partner closely with Loan Officers, processors, and closers Help keep loans on track from application through closing Communicate clearly and proactively to avoid delays Required: 2+ years of experience in mortgage (LOA, Processor, Pre-Closer, Closer or Loan Officer) Experience working with Loan Estimates or Closing Disclosures Ability to manage multiple loans in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail and communication skillsNice to Have (we can train this) Familiarity with TRID guidelines Experience with fee engines third-party providers (e.g., LodeStar, SmartFees) Experience with LOS systems (Encompass, LendingPad, etc.) Why Join Rosegate?
