Job Description
The Loan Officer Assistant provides essential administrative and sales support to Loan Officers while delivering a high level of service to customers via phone and email. In this entry-level, training-focused role, you will learn the mortgage lending business from the ground up, assist with the loan process, handle basic customer questions, and gather information as directed by Loan Officers. You will also support marketing efforts through social media and proactive outreach to past customers. This position offers a structured path to grow into a licensed Loan Officer role, with comprehensive training, coaching, and a supportive, highly entrepreneurial team environment.

You will work closely with experienced Loan Officers and an operations team known for its expertise and support. The role is phone intensive, with a focus on handling inbound leads and making outbound calls using company-provided contacts. You will use Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, as part of your daily workflow. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Chesterfield, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31200.00 - $31200.00/yr.
The Perks:
• Commission on Closed/Funded Loans along with state/local minimum wage base hourly
• Work/Life Balance: 40 hours/week Monday – Friday
