What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform regular maintenance, including greasing, cutting, welding, and
    servicing air/pneumatic systems.

  • Maintain and repair conveyor belts and conveying systems.

  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and automated batching systems (a plus).

  • Operate a front-end loader to supply the batch plant with aggregates and other materials.

  • Travel to various facilities as needed to support operations.

  • Follow all Heidelberg Safety protocols.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
     

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
     

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
     

What We Offer

  • $30-$33 per hour.
